Worrowing does not have an on site wedding planner, but we recommend The Wedding and Event Creators for on the day coordination and/or wedding planning.

Support
Bump in/out
Bump-in: * Day before wedding - venue 12pm & accommodation 3pm.
Bump-out: * Day after wedding, fully cleared venue by 11am and accommodation 10am.
Storage
You have access to the venue the day before the wedding from 12pm to 5pm to set up your reception.
No storage options are available before this time.
Clean-up
Worrowing has a 'leave it as you found it' policy.
All hire items must be removed the day after your wedding or left neatly for suppliers to collect. No green waste to be left on the property.
Worrowing has a mandatory fee for rubbish removal. Any excess must be taken with you or can be removed by Worrowing for additional fees.
Access
There is on-site parking for 30 cars for guests and suppliers.
Kitchen has a keypad door lock, access to be given upon check in.
Dimensions
Hereford Shed (reception venue) is 23m x 9.2m, plus the deck 23m x 3m.
Security
Worrowing provides an evening manager for all weddings from 6pm until close.
Insurance
All on-site vendors must provide evidence of their own public liability coverage.
