Wedding planners
We require you to use a local wedding/event coordinator that is approved by Frida’s Field management to ensure your wedding runs smoothly and on time (not a guest at your wedding).
On-the-day coordination, and two weeks prior to the event coordination, is required as a minimum.

We are open to working with your chosen vendors.

Support
Bump in/out
Bump-in from 9am on day of wedding.
Bump-out by 12pm day after wedding.
Access
All guests must arrive and depart by bus. Parking available for immediate bridal party only. Supplier parking available via rear services entrance.
Dimensions
The building is 10 meters wide and 27 meters long (including the kitchen and excluding the bathrooms out the back).
The main open space is 20 meters long. The height to the bottom on the roof trusses is 3.5 meters.
The outside covered veranda is just over 3.5 meters wide and 18 meters long.
The big serving counter is about 6.5 meters long; 93cm high.
Security
For events over 150 people, security detail is required at an hourly rate.
Insurance
We require you to obtain wedding insurance.
