We have a team of event managers who will help you plan your day. You will be allocated a dedicated event manager to help with menu planning, floor plans, bump in, bump out and coordination of your suppliers.
Our team are known for their excellence in service. Nothing is too much trouble.
We have a list of preferred suppliers that we can share with upon booking. We will however work with any supplier you choose.
Timing and restrictions
Five hour food and beverage package available.
You are able to extend your beverage service if required for a fee.
Food and drinks
- BYO caterer?
No. We do allow Kosher catering which can be discussed with out team.
- BYO drinks?
We are an all-inclusive venue. All tables, chairs, white linen, white napery, crockery are included.
We provide greenery and plants around the venue and require you to provide all table arrangements and any other floral/greenery arrangements that are in your design palate.
We provide approximately 30 tea lights candles for use around the venue. All candles and design items to be supplied by our couples.
Furniture and equipment
You are able to use all furniture we have on-site, and festoon lighting is included.
Our large chalkboard can be used to design your story to be displayed for your guests to understand your journey up to this point.
Supplier access into The Barrel Hall is from 5pm unless otherwise arranged.
All items of value to be taken from the venue on the night. Other items can be collected the next day or as arranged with your event manager.
You are able to drop off all design items the week of your wedding and collect the next day following the wedding.
Clean-up is included.
Parking for 200 cars in our carpark and overflow carpark also available.
Security is included in our pricing.
Vendors to provide insurance details to our team.
