Yes, we offer an on-the-day coordinator for all our weddings to make sure the day runs smoothly.
We do offer a wedding planning service as well, which we can tailor to the amount of planning help you require. From just helping out with the basics, to planning the whole affair.
We do recommend some fantastic vendors who we have great relationships with, although we are more than happy to work with the vendors of your choosing.
Timing and restrictions
Our hours are very flexible, but all venue inspections are by appointment only.

Drinks service must stop 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
- Curfews & other restrictions
- All events including music must conclude by 11pm
- All guests who are departing the venue must leave by 11:30pm
Food and drinks
- BYO caterer?
Yes. We are a fully DIY catering and drinks venue. Caterers must supply all equipment as there is no access to a kitchen. We do offer access to three phase, 15 and 10amp power points.
- BYO drinks?
You are able to utilise our trestle tables and bench seats which will seat up to 120 guests. All other tableware and decorations will need to be brought in by the couple or suppliers.

Bump in access is from 12pm the day prior to the wedding.
Bump out must be completed by 12pm the day after the wedding.
The only space for storage is the reception area. This can be utilised the day before and the day after the wedding.
All items that were not on-site prior to your arrival must be removed before you check out the day after the wedding. This includes things such as rubbish, flowers and any furniture.
There is on site parking for 50 cars as well as access for a coach to comfortably turn around.
All weddings held do require a licensed and insured security guard for the duration of the reception up until half an hour after guests are scheduled to leave, to ensure everyone leaves safely.
All vendors must have their own public liability insurance.
