We have our Chapel for ceremonies, or we can accommodate outside ceremonies in or around our vineyard and garden.
A reception centre provides panoramic views across the Hunter Valley vineyard area from every seat through large bi-fold glass doors, leading out onto a deck.
There are many photo opportunities available throughout the 27-acre property.
We also have three cottages for accommodation, accommodating six guests in total (two adults per cottage).
Our Estate Manager will be on hand for every stage of your wedding; from your initial viewing to the departure on your wedding night, we will ensure your wedding runs smoothly.
We have an exclusive on-site caterer which caters for all of our receptions.
All stylists, bands, DJs or florists are welcome.
Timing and restrictions
Receptions are generally for five hours, however additional hours can be pre-arranged at a fee.

The MC, band or DJ is to announce last drinks 20 minutes prior to the end of the reception.

Receptions to conclude by 12am.

Complimentary tasting days are offered to all couples.
Our reception centre provides everything required for a sit down reception, except for styling and florals.
We have tables and chairs to cater for up to 120 guests.

Bump-in for the reception is booked in for the day before.
Bump-out can commence the next day between 8am-11am by prior arrangement with staff.
No available storage.
All decorations (including greenery/florals) are to be removed from the venue (both chapel and reception) by the couple or family/friends. This can happen the following day.
The cleaning of the venue is conducted by our staff.
There is on-site parking for 46 cars and access for buses. There is a separate disabled/low mobility car park available with direct level access to the reception (6m from the disabled car spaces).
The reception centre is approximately 300m2, with an exposed raked timber truss roof from 3 to 6 metres. The reception's deck is approximately 25m in length.
The property has CCTV surveillance in place.
Vendors where appropriate are to provide us with a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and sign a Providers Access Agreement.
